This is a contest of artistic merit sponsored by Goose Graphics (also referred to herein as "Sponsor "). There is no purchase necessary to enter the contest or to win. The object of the Contest is to submit the best image (photographs, traditional artwork, or digital artwork are accepted) for the particular month.

Eligibility

To enter, you must be eighteen years old or over and be a legal resident of the United States. Employees and their immediate families of Goose Graphics, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and sponsors are not eligible. By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsor from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest and/or use or possession of the Prizes. This Contest is void where prohibited.

Entry

To enter, visit the Goose Graphics web site on the World Wide Web at www.goosegraphics.com/contest.htm (the "Site"). Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your best image, name, and e-mail address (for winner notification purposes) (collectively called "Entry"). One entry per person per month, U.S. residents only, multiple entries are not allowed. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry is deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Contest Entries

All Entries must not be copyrighted or previously been published in print or on the web. All Entries become the property of Sponsor. By submitting your Entry, you grant Sponsors an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to use or publish your Entry. You also agree to sign any necessary documentation to effectuate that license. All Entries may be posted on the Site, whether selected as winners or not. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected or postage due mail-in entries; or failed, incomplete, interrupted or delayed operation or transmission of online entries. Proof of emailing entry or connection to the Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, damaged, or destroyed entries will be disqualified.

Contest Judging

Each Entry will be judged purely subjectively by Goose Graphics based on composition of the image, creativity, emotion, interest and style. The Sponsor will select one winner from among all of the eligible Entries each month. The decisions of the judges are final.

Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded each month. The prize for each month will be posted on the Goose Graphics web site.

The contest Sponsor reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. The prize will be awarded. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. The winner will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of the prize, respectively. Winner is responsible for shipping charges.

Notification

On or about the 10th of each month the winner of the prior month’s Photo of the Month Contest will be announced. The winner will be notified by email that their Entry has been selected as the winning Entry, and that subject to verification, they have won the prize advertised. If we are unable to reach a selected winner within five business days, the winner will forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate winner will be selected by the judges from the eligible entries. The Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, an agreement to be bound by these rules and any additional information, waivers and releases that may be required ("Required Documents"). Return of any prize as undeliverable will disqualify a winner.

Conditions

Entries or acts that do not comply with these Official Rules will be void and may result in the entrant's ineligibility to participate in this Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Contest. In such event, the Sponsor may select the winning Entry based on the criteria set forth above, from the pool of all eligible entries received. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the operation or integrity of this Contest or the Site, and to seek appropriate criminal and civil penalties against such person(s). The Sponsor and and it's respective agencies, affiliates and employees are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest.
